Now is the best time to change your lifestyle for the better. You are not getting any younger and your body will somehow show visible signs of wear and tear. Believe me, it could get really ugly. Changing your lifestyle can not only improve your appearance but it could also keep you healthy.
Here are some simple changes that you can do to start:
• Eat a balanced and nutritious diet. Make sure that you eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and colourful fruits. These are full of vitamins and minerals that can improve blood circulation, eyesight, skin appearance as well as promote daily waste disposal.
• Exercise. You don’t actually need to go to the gym. You can walk, jog or run some miles in your neighbourhood or park. Not only will exercise keep you healthy, it can help you keep of the excess weight.
• Cut of the habits. If you smoke, quit now. If you drink, take an occasional swig every now and then if you can’t completely kick it out. These bad habits make the skin dull and can contribute to other forms of sickness as well.
